Reservation Conditions

In order to confirm the reservation, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the pre-booked stay to our bank account. Once the deposit is received, CAESMAR S.A. will validate the reservation by sending the client an e-mail confirming this amount. The reservation will not be effective until confirmed by the Camping. If the deposit is not received within 10 days, the reservation will be considered void.

Camping Area:

  • Pets are allowed as long as they are not considered a dangerous breed and after payment of the current rate.
  • Upon arrival at the campsite, the total stay will be paid, discounting the deposit made as a reservation.
  • Opening hours: From 12: 00h and during the night.
  • Departure time: Before 12:00 hours on the agreed departure date.
  • With the reservation a plot is guaranteed without determining its number, although location preferences can be suggested and every effort will be made to please the client.
  • CAESMAR S.A. reserves the right to change the camping area without prior notice.

BUNGALOW:

  • ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.Upon arrival at the campsite, the total stay will be paid, discounting the deposit made as a reservation.
  • Opening hours: From 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
  • Departure time: Before 12:00 a.m on the agreed departure date.
  • With the reservation a bungalow is guaranteed without determining its number, although location preferences can be suggested and every effort will be made to please the client. CAESMAR S.A. reserves the right to change the type of bungalow without prior notice.
  • The price is for the number of people indicated as maximum of the capacity in each mbungalow and for a single vehicle. The extra vehicle parking will be paid according to the seasonal rate, as well as the visits they may have.
  • The client will leave a deposit of 150 Euros (in cash or card), for the possible deterioration, breakage or exhaustive cleaning that may will have to be done in the bungalow. 

This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, once the status of the bungalow and its inventory have been reviewed.

Política de cancelación

En caso de querer cancelar una reserva, el camping se regirá según el Artículo 26 del DECRETO 159/2012, DE 20 DE NOVIEMBRE, DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE ALOJAMIENTO TURÍSTICO Y DE VIVIENDAS DE USO TURÍSTICO (DOGC DE 5 DE DICIEMBRE).

Artículo 26. Cancelación de la reserva:

1. La persona usuaria tiene derecho a cancelar la reserva confirmada, sin ninguna penalización, siempre que se efectúe antes de los diez días anteriores a la fecha de llegada, salvo pacto en contrario.

2. La cancelación efectuada por la persona usuaria dentro de los diez días anteriores a la fecha de llegada,  da lugar a las siguientes penalizaciones, salvo pacto en contrario:

a) Avisa de la cancelación entre 9 y 5 días antes del día de entrada de su reserva: se retorna el 50% de la reserva.

b) Avisa de la cancelación entre 4 y 1 día(s) antes del día de entrada de su reserva: no se retorna el importe destinado a reserva.

*Las anteriores penalizaciones no son de aplicación cuando la cancelación se produce por causa de fuerza mayor, debidamente acreditada.

Presentación:

La reserva que no llegue el día previsto se considerará cancelada y por consiguiente no se retornará su depósito de reserva. Un retraso en la llegada del cliente sólo se tendrá en cuenta si previamente ha sido comunicado con 24 horas de antelación. En el caso de no comunicarse, el cliente deberá abonar el importe de los días que la parcela/módulo se haya mantenido desocupada.
